3. Custom & Personalized Items
Orders containing personalized items cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
We are not responsible for errors in custom text provided by the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and product type.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.
