1. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation) – Consumers in Germany
As a consumer in Germany, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive your goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at typelle.shop@gmail.com of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- Custom-made Products: Products that are custom-made or personalized (e.g., customized POD items) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB). Once an order for a custom product is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product is defective.
- Sealed Goods: Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
3. Refund Process
If you cancel your order within the allowed cancellation period and the product is returnable under the conditions outlined, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
Please note that we may deduct an amount if the goods are returned in a condition that diminishes their value (e.g., used, damaged, or not in original packaging).
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, you have the right to a full refund or a replacement, subject to the conditions of the consumer protection laws in Germany. Please contact us immediately upon receiving such items at typelle.shop@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process of returning the goods.
Please provide:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defect or damage (if applicable)
We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
5. Returns of Non-Custom Products
For non-custom (non-personalized) products, you may return your items within 14 days after receiving them. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without tracking information.
