  • All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Personalized products may require additional processing time due to customization.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.


2. Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product type.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order size.


3. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

We work with Printify to produce and ship our products. Because of this:

  • Your order may be shipped from different locations, depending on the selected fulfillment center.

  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.


4. Shipping Providers

We use reliable carriers such as DHL, USPS, FedEx, and local postal services, depending on the shipping destination and service level selected.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect in the system.

  • If your tracking information is not updating, please contact us at typelle.shop@gmail.com.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us so we can assist you in tracking your shipment.


8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
